KUM-SA Vacuumed Sandblasting Machines are the machines that had been planned 3D in computer environment, designed in such a way that can meet special requirements and they are handy machines. Vacuumed blasting is to take advantage of  vacuum effect of pressure air. Pressure air is passed through a device which is called sandblasting gun and vacuum is created from space under the sandblasting gun. Consumables  that are absorbed with vacuum effect which is created by pressure air, again sprayed to the surface in this sandblasting gun by mixing air and sand. This process is called Vacuumed Sand Blasting. This process must applied with a sandblasting gun by spraying method and it must applied in a cabin equiped with a special filter system. Fundemental principle in blasting cabins is that; sand which is collected at bottom bunker is absorbed and sprayed by the sandblasting gun that pressure air is passed through this sandblasting gun.

Vacuumed sandblasting machines are used for sandblast the small pieces and  there are manual or automatic sandblasting options. Ther are used for cleaning and preparation to paint of  rusty, dyed, steel construction, profiles and sensitive surfaces and they are used for various areas like cleaning of the burrs. They are used for cleaning the burrs on the surface of the material and provide shiny surface too. In addition they are used for cleaning the surfaces of iron, sheet metal, aliminum and glas materials, in dentistry sector and to give decorative shape to the materials.

At manual type cabins, operator puts the piece in the cabin and performs sandblasting procedure by the help of sandblasting gun.   At automatic type cabins, the sandblasting gun is placed in the cabin at definite angles in such a way that to see entire field according to material's shape and size. At production area; transposability and because it does'nt occupy much place it allows the usage at required place.
